2Morrow, Inc. (We or Us) takes your privacy seriously, and We respectfully request that you review our Privacy Statement carefully so you understand our privacy practices. This Privacy Statement explains how We collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the information you provide to Us so you can make an informed decision when using our Service. This Privacy Statement covers both our website and mobile application (Service), but does not cover clinical trials which require you to use our Service. For purposes of this Privacy Statement, "Service" refers to 2Morrow's behavior change programs, including support, research and improvements. By using our Service or otherwise providing your information to Us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Statement, please stop using our Service. 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect some non-personal information and some personally identifiable information (PII) when you access Our Service through the website or mobile application. Non-personal information includes information that cannot be used to identify you, individually, like anonymous usage data, number of clicks that you make as you navigate the website or mobile application, et al. Personal Information includes information that can be used to identify you such as your name, and email address. 

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
When registering for the Service, We may ask you to provide Us with some personally identifiable information to create your User profile and to support your use of our Service. We describe how We use or disclose your personal information in more detail here: 

User Information. Our Service includes an engaging and personalized experience for behavior change program participants (Users). To effectively deliver our Service to our Users We may collect, store, and use personally identifiable information that you provided to Us when you registered for the Service. 

Registration Process- End User. Depending on the type of program or app, we may require you to provide personally identifiable information including your name, user name, password, email, or other information needed to activate, validate, and deliver programs through the website or mobile application. 

Registration- Corporate and Organizational Clients. We collect contact and company name, billing address, emails, phone numbers and sometimes other related information to allow Us to process, deliver, offer or support Our Service. 

Sponsored Accounts. A sponsored account is one provided to you by a corporation, employer, organization or coach. We may use your personally identifiable information to verify enrollment, validate activation, and/or your program progress and completion status. Such information may be shared with the account sponsor to validate your program enrollment, progress or completion for a wellness program credit, provide insights to your coach that supports the program or the like. 

Credit Card Information. In certain situations, We may collect payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other related information when you pay for our Service. However, We do not share this information without your consent. 

Communications. We may use personally identifiable information you provided to us to respond to you, to provide you the services you requested as designed, to update you about changes to our Privacy Statement or terms and conditions, or to share with you information about our other services that may be relevant to you. 

Third Parties. When you register for our Services, in some cases, We may also obtain personally identifiable information about you from third parties without your specific authorization. This information may be needed to authorize access or deliver the Service to you. For example, We may receive a referral form a medical professional or a list of authorized Users from a sponsor such as an employer providing this Service through a program to you. 

Research. We use de-identified information (information that cannot be linked to you) to improve our programs and measure their impact and effectiveness to Users, and to conduct surveys and continue our research to improve our Services, which may result in published reports or articles. De-identified information is used in our reports, research, surveys and results. In order to protect your privacy, We do not include any personally identifiable information. We reserve the right to use and disclose such de-identified information to our partners, researchers, and collaborators at our reasonable discretion. 

Improvements. We test features in development, and may analyze the personally identifiable information. We have to evaluate and improve products and services, develop new products or features, and conduct audits and troubleshooting activities. 

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you share personally identifiable information with Us it is protected both online and offline. When We collect sensitive information like your name, contact info, health data or credit card data, the information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure manner. The computers and servers We use to store this information are kept in secure environments. Only employees with the need to access your information to deliver you services requested by you are granted access to your personally identifiable information.

You may choose to not receive communications from Us, not related to the provision of Services you have requested, at any time. However, any data removed prior to completion of any of our Services may impact any health rewards or credits associated with Services you chose to participate in.

We are required by law to: (1) protect the privacy of your Personal Information, provide you this notice explaining our responsibilities and privacy practices when We collect your Personal Information, notify you of a breach of unsecured Personal Information, and follow the terms of our Notice. 

Data storage. We store Personal Information and other data for as long as it is necessary to provide Services to you and others, including those described above. Personal Information associated with your account will be kept until We no longer need the data to provide or improve our Services, publish our results, or conduct further research.

Devices. We may collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our Services, depending on the permissions you've granted. We may associate the information We collect from your different devices, which helps Us provide consistent Services across your devices.
