Jo Masterson, CEO & Co-founder
Starting her career as an RN, Jo brings the real-world experience of working in healthcare systems with a focus on patient care. Over the years, Jo has earned an MBA and continued to expand her knowledge of human behavior working in healthcare, education and technology. She is also a successful serial entrepreneur who was named by the Puget Sound Business Journal as a “40 under 40” for making an impact in business and her community. Jo is passionate about the convergence of technology, healthcare, and behavioral science. She brings a deep understanding of the needs and opportunities in both the digital wellness and emerging digital therapeutics markets. LinkedIn
Brandon Masterson, Founder, COO & CTO
Brandon serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at 2Morrow. As the original founder and CEO, he is a true pioneer whose innovative ideas about mobilizing behavior change came to fruition before the term “digital health” existed. With his experience as a senior manager in digital media, e-commerce, medical device and digital health organizations, Brandon drives the operations and scalability at 2Morrow with an eye on usability for both end-users and those who sponsor them. Ryan Shanahan, CISO
Ryan is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience supporting Fortune 500 projects and small businesses. As CISO, Ryan leads the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to safeguard organizational data, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks. Sue Zbikowski, PhD, CSO
Dr. Zbikowski is 2Morrow’s Chief Science Officer. She is an experienced health and wellness leader, entrepreneur, psychologist and scientist with a track record of helping businesses differentiate their value proposition and improve their product and overall business results with clinical and scientific best practices, data analytics, product innovation, and thought leadership. She comes with 15+ years in the health and wellness industries and 25+ years studying tobacco use dependence, risk factors, and behavioral and technology supported interventions. LinkedIn
Theo Ahadome, CCO
Theo is a recognized leader in healthcare innovation, specializing in digital health and commercialization strategy. As Chief Commercialization Officer at 2Morrow, he drives the launch and market adoption of the company’s next-generation programs, forging key partnerships and delivering scalable solutions. With advanced degrees in molecular medicine, technology policy, and health sector management, Theo has successfully navigated complex healthcare markets, transforming innovation into impactful, evidence-based solutions that improve lives. Deanna Waters, LMHC, VP of Participant Success
Deanna joins the 2Morrow team with over 25 years of experience in marketing/communications in digital health and digital therapeutics, healthcare, higher education and a Fortune 500 retailer. She also brings 15 years of experience as a mental health counselor, focusing on exploration of self-awareness and enhancement of the mind/body relationship. Her clinical background includes providing intensive therapy in a variety of settings with individuals, couples, families and groups. Deanna is a Mayo Clinic Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and oversees 2Morrow's coaching and program teams. LinkedIn

Eric Larsen, Investor Director
Eric Larsen is an experienced entrepreneur and executive in finance, technology, and business operations. Previously he led the technology team at Quellos, scaling the business from 17 employees with $324M in assets to 350 employees and $25B, prior to the sale to BlackRock where he served as a Managing Director until 2016. He advises emerging Northwest companies seeking to scale and has led multiple fund-raising rounds. Eric earned CFA designation in 2001, his MBA with honors in Finance from DePaul University, and his undergraduate degree at University of Illinois in Electrical Engineering. LinkedIn
Dr. Tamara StClaire
Dr. Tamara StClaire brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in commercial strategy, digital health, and innovation. She has held executive roles across leading organizations, including Roche, where she drove a $500M strategic alliance, and PARC, where she built a new commercial infrastructure from the ground up. Currently, she serves as Chief Business Transformation Officer at MaineHealth, identifying and developing innovative opportunities that diversify and strengthen MaineHealth. Dr. StClaire holds a PhD in Chemistry from UC Davis and an MBA from Columbia University. She has been recognized for her pioneering work in healthcare technology, earning accolades such as "Most Powerful Woman in Healthcare IT." Tamara’s passion lies in leveraging digital health solutions to improve health outcomes at scale, making her a valuable addition to 2Morrow’s board. LinkedIn
