How to log in to 2Morrow Health Web through Castlight

If your employer uses Castlight, and you don’t have a smartphone or tablet, you can still gain access to the 2Morrow Health program through the Castlight website. The computer-friendly version of the program can be used on your desktop or laptop. A good internet connection is recommended. Please follow the instructions below.

A few tips before you launch the web app:

  • Each time you want to use the 2Morrow Health program on your computer, you will need to log in to the Castlight website and navigate to a 2Morrow program.

  • If you have a smartphone or tablet, please download the 2Morrow Health mobile app from the app store and log in using the Castlight Health app for the best and most convenient experience.

  • This version of the 2Morrow program will work on most (but not all) modern web browsers. You'll also need to have JavaScript and pop-up windows enabled.

Other things to know:

  • MESSAGES: The 2Morrow program will create daily messages, however, you will need to log in to the website app to view them.

  • NOTES: Due to privacy requirements, any notes that you make within the website version of the app will not be saved when you log out.

  • SWITCHING DEVICES: The 2Morrow program is designed to be used either on a smartphone/tablet or a website. Switching between smartphone apps and the website app can result in data inconsistencies. If you need help with this feature, please email support.

How to Log In to 2Morrow Health Web through Castlight Health

  1. Log in to the Castlight Health website with your Castlight username and password.

  2. Click Benefits. Under Wellbeing programs, select your preferred 2Morrow Health program.

  3. Click the Visit button to the right of the program heading. This will open a new tab with the 2Morrow Health Welcome page.

  4. Scroll down to Option 2 to launch the web version of the 2Morrow Health program.

  5. The 2Morrow Health program will open in a small window on your screen. Use your mouse or laptop touchpad to navigate through the program.

  6. For your privacy and security, the web app will time out after five minutes of inactivity. If you are logged out, return to the Castlight website and complete the login process again. Your progress will be restored when you log back in.

2Morrow Health Web Version FAQ

  • We now have a web version of the 2Morrow Health program! Please log in to your Castlight account on your computer for access.

  • The 2Morrow Health web app will work on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, and Internet Explorer. If you are having issues viewing the web app, please make sure you have the most recent version of your browser. You may also want to try a different browser.

  • You will need to complete the login process through the Castlight Website to open the app after you’ve been logged out.

  • Yes! Click on the menu at the top right to access your message center. Your messages to and from your coach will be visible from this page. Certain messages sent to you (such as reminders or helpful tips) are not saved in the web app.
